Urgent: We can't access to the frontend

Since four days , we have this error.
Version: 4.17.3
We can’t access to the frontend.

The problem described here is probably damaged cache database. Simply remove the caches.

Please find rc_cache_1/2/3 files next to rhodecode.ini (maybe in data subfolder) and remove them
