Unable to create repository

am unable to create repository getting given error "Error creating repository " .
when i check my status “{“status”: “OK”, “vcsserver_version”: “4.13.2”, “pid”: 58054}”

Please check admin > settings > exception tracker

and also the logs to check why the creation failed.
