- Scheduled release. Control with now always try to download the latest MANIFEST
file containing the download information. This will prevent often 404
messages once the download definition changes after new release.

Configuration: new installation will also add Gunicorn configuration with
custom logging setup. -
Commands: rccontrol license shows now proper info about what the license
information is strictly for Control itself.
Fixes
- Installation: improved messages in case of offline installation. Control
will tell you in a nice form which file needs to be put inside cache dir
for offline installation.
