Rhodecode ce / CentOS 7.7 "invalid literal for int() with base 0: '4.0'

When I first install rhodecode with postgresql 11,

Rhodecode does not start and log file shows

Error: invalid literal for int() with base 0: '4.0'

I can’t figure out what kind of error shoud I have to search…

Finally I’ve got answer by myself

each supervisor ini file (for example vcsserver.ini)
workers are set to 4.0
when I change workers = 4

It worked!
