Generate emails when a pull-request is updated with new content

Dear Support,

Is that ‘Working As Designed’ that upon updating a pull-request with new content, the reviewers are not receiving emails?

Upon a new comment, these emails are generated, so the ‘email generation’ systems seems to work. However I am wondering if there should, or should not be an email about new content.

Hi,

In release 4.18.X updates of pull requests are now generating emails.
